These private mortgage notes are made on business use residential and commercial transactions only. Our investors do not lend on residential primary residences as each borrower is provided affidavits & disclosures stating such to insure compliance with Dodd Frank, TILA, RESPA, HOEPA Regulation. These mortgage notes provide investors with safe returns of 8.5% -12.5% depending on the deal.
